The Sipelga 3a apartment building

The Sipelga 3a apartment building is a part of the Sipelgapesa residential quarter that has sprung up in the vicinity of the Sõpruse-Tammsaare intersection, which is comprised of six, 8-storey buildings and in the centre of which a green park amenity is located.
